Mr. Rude grew up in the 70s and 80s with no internet or cell phone. After he did his homework, he’d go out and play without telling his parents his whereabouts. The golden rule was to b home when the streetlights came on, or else you’d get a whipping. He starts with the premise that all movies or series are terrible and can only be rated on varying degrees of badness.

On rare occasions, a movie or series will actually be better than terrible.  In that instance, Mr. Woke will do a guest review in Mr. Rude's stead.
